AgeTech (Silvertech) focuses on technology and innovation to improve the lives of senior people. We have almost 100M senior citizens in Europe alone and the number is growing.  

According to the EU commission's recent study, almost 50% of senior citizens are digitally excluded.  The sense of exclusion affects senior citizens' mental, physical health and impacts the economy. Senior citizens don't use digital services because they aren't built according to their needs.  

AgeTech is to become a significant sector of the Longevity economy, aiming to develop services purchased by older people on behalf of older people or traded between older people.  

On April 15-16, Baltic Sandbox organizes the special Pitch Competition for AgeTech (SilverTech) startups.  

The 2-day event offers a unique chance to Silvertech/Agetech startups to pitch in front of investors' jury, expand their network within field-experts, mentors and other startups during the 1-on-1 meetings and networking sessions.
